Kate Middleton Hosts Special C.S Lewis Production with Children

Kate Middleton put smiles on 150 young faces with her appearance on Friday. Duchess of Cambridge joined a charity called the Art Room, an organization for children aged 5-16 who undergo emotional and behavioral difficulties. Many were delighted to have her participation as a volunteer.
The group gathered in Kensington Gardens and were entertained with C.S. Lewis's The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by Threesixty Entertainment.

The show, put together on a circular stage is a dazzling retelling of a classic by Christian author C.S. Lewis.
Actor David Suchet stars for the voice of the lion Aslan.
The children were from six schools in London and Oxford that have connection with The Art Room.
"Did you see all the animals on stilts? Wasn't it amazing?" the 30-year old asked the children, adding, "I just loved the way it is held in a tent – really clever."
The bride of Prince Williams was playful with the students saying-- “No screaming too loudly. I can now see your faces in the crowd so if you scream I know who you are!”
“Wasn't it amazing? I just loved the way it is held in a tent. Really clever,” said Middleton.
'”Some of the characters are really quite frightening. I hope you don't get too scared,” the Duchess chatted with the children.
“What I really want to know is have any of you tried turkish delight?”
After the show, the Duchess met members of the cast, including several fawns, badgers and a spectacular life size Aslan.
She also bought a cuddly lion as a gift from the show.
