Justin Bieber is barely into adulthood and he has already made the purchase of a lifetime. The 18-year old heartbreaker purchased his very own mansion.

Bieber had been searching long and hard for the perfect pad and now he has a $6.5 million home in Calabasas, California tricked out with every toy and gadget a teenager boy could ever dream of. The property is 1.3 acres of manicured lawn with a pond on the premises. It is 10k square feet with a very large guest room, seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

That's not all.

Bieber has a library, a wet bar, and wine cellar, a movie theatre with stadium seating, a huge pool, and a large garage perfect for the $100,000 Fisker Karma electric car he received for his 18^th birthday in March.

The "Boyfriend" singer will add a computer system that allows him to control every aspect of the house, "from the bathtub to the blinds," with the touch of button, the Daily Mail reports.

Eddie Murphy and his ex-wife, Nicole Murphy, were the previous owners of the mansion. According to the Los Angeles Times, they sold the property last year and the list price became $8.75 million. It seems Bieber received a bit of a discount on his purchase. And yet, the $6.5 million splurge on the house still falls cheap considering how Bieber made $53 million in 2011 alone.

Bieber's neighbors include every bit of Hollywood, including-Cameron Diaz, the Kardashian, Howie Mandel, Lady Gaga, and Canadian rapper, Drake.
